Who I am
I’m Andrew Bush. I run A17, an outsourced delivery business, and built the AI recruiter our own team uses every day — screening, scheduling and follow-up. Vemta rebuilds that work for agencies to run in their own systems.
Why I’m doing this
Temp and contract desks run on work that never quite fits the ATS: chasing documents and references, keeping worker records current, moving information between systems that don’t talk to each other, and producing evidence when a client or an auditor asks for it.
I have a view on which of that software should take on. I would rather test it against people who do the work than build from my own assumptions.
Two things I hold to either way. Agents run inside your systems, not in another portal someone has to remember to open. And anything that affects a person’s engagement goes to a named member of your team, with the context attached.
What I want to know is which of that work costs you hours every week — and which of it you would never hand to software.

Yes, and it’s part of what I’m asking. Connecting to established mid-market systems is the hard part of this problem.

Then it’s twenty minutes and you still get the findings. I’m not qualifying you for a sale.
